Although there has been about a 13.5 percent decline in home prices this year, the lower prices is actually contributing to increasing sales volume while actually reducing inventory, eventually leading back to recovery and price increases. But dont wait too long, interest rates are still low and homebuyer programs such the $8,000 buyers credit are providing great opportunities for homeownership.
